Gladys has over 25 years of banking experience. Her work speaks for her, as she has excellent business acumen. She exhibits her skills in planning, strategy, and decision-making, understanding market dynamics, the complete landscape, and value proposition.

She has excellent leadership and change management skills, which help to drive a culture of innovation. She has a degree in Business Studies from Ambrose Alli University and an MBA from the University of Calabar.

She is a certified Risk Manager and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Institute of Credit and Enterprise Management. She has worked in two major commercial banks, where she pioneered the establishment of branches as Operations Manager. Her last engagement was with the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (“NDIC”), where she served for six years. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance.
