A passionate lead generation and strategic thinker, she has consistently delivered performance growth, regulatory excellence, team management and stakeholder confidence in both public and private financial institutions.

She currently serves as Regional Executive North, AG Mortgage Bank, where she leads one of the bank’s highest-performing marketing teams, consistently driving remarkable growth in mortgage sales, client acquisition, retention and portfolio expansion.

Chioma Digwo holds a Master’s Degree in Public Sector Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma from Nasarawa State University and B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Abuja. She is a Certified National Accountant (CNA) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
